Exhibitforce, a leading software provider for managing large-scale exhibits, chose FeedMagnet to bring a social element to the 2011 Exhibitor Show in Las Vegas, a trade show and corporate event marketing conference.
FeedMagnet powered a video wall designed to aggregate, filter, and display social mentions of ExhibitForce, official updates from ExhibitForce, and check-ins at the event. The content was culled from Twitter, Flickr, RSS, Gowalla, and Foursquare.
Booth attendees were invited to tweet answers to a marketing question, participants would be eligible to win an iPad and could also see their responses displayed on the video wall. The result was an increase in their follower base as well as self-identified marketing challenges by the trade show leads for Exhibitforce.
