Cue the Fog Machine

This past Saturday was the Austin Addys Awards held at the brand new ACL Live! studio at the Moody Theater. The event organizers implemented a dynamic FeedMagnet screen on stage and in hallways to encourage social media participation in the event, weave winning content together with the voice of the agencies, and maximize the fun.

Too Many People to Thank...

FeedMagnet was honored to display social content on a huge screen behind a stage about to be graced by Willie Nelson the following night!

Another version of the screen could be viewed in the hallway, right next to photos of Arcade Fire, Willie's "Family" and Pearl Jam, so the agency folks could get up close and see videos, photos, and comments posted by their peers and themselves on Facebook, Gowalla, Foursquare, and Twitter.

The Life of the Party

It worked. Partygoers were soon inspired to express their excitement, congratulate their peers, and clown around... then see it come to life on the big screen.
