Cue the Fog Machine

This past Saturday was the Austin Addys Awards held at the brand new ACL Live! studio at the Moody Theater. The event organizers implemented a dynamic FeedMagnet screen on stage and in hallways to encourage social media participation in the event, weave winning content together with the voice of the agencies, and maximize the fun.

Happy Holidays!

To capture all of the holiday cheer out there and show off a little of what FeedMagnet can do, we made a fun social media dashboard for this holiday season.

The column on the right is searching Twitter and Facebook for "happy holidays". The photo area is searching Twitpic and yFrog (via Twitter) as well as Flickr for pics of holiday decorations and Christmas trees. We even have a Google Maps mashup showing people saying "happy holidays" all over the world.

Busy busy busy

We're heading in to the holiday season with several big projects under way that are launching early next year: Sundance Channel, Logitech, and Clear. We're working with some great agencies on the work and are excited to show it off after we get through the holidays.

The plan is to work hard, then take a break for family, friends, and eggnog. Should be a fun few weeks!
