Encouraging Participation in a Branded Photo Contest.

Ben & Jerry's chose Feedmagnet to power a social hub at the center of a consumer photo contest. The campaign challenged customers to show off their photography skills and submit their top photos through the #CAPTUREEUPHORIA hashtag.

Using our custom designed social hub, Ben & Jerry's was able to curate, aggregate, filter, and display customer generated photos from Instagram to deliver a unique web and mobile experience with full control. Fun, authentic submissions flooded the hub with customers capturing and celebrating Ben & Jerry's euphoria.

The result was customer generated proof of product satisfaction on full display. Thousands of users visited the site in its first four weeks, with about 20% taking further action to click deeper into user photos, view and react. A smaller portion of those shared the photos back out to their own social networks, creating an echo effect of additional traffic and attention for the hub.
