Top Gear Live
When the BBC’s Top Gear Live annual high-stakes car show went searching for a unique way to connect a live audience with a global fanbase, they turned to FeedMagnet to bridge the two audiences together. We developed an online social hub and event screens to curate content from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, so fans everywhere could participate in the excitement of this truly one-of-a-kind auto show.
Of the thousands of posts that were displayed on the hub using the #TopGearLive hashtag, 25% were expanded by users for a closer look and a proportion of those shared posts back out to their social networks. The social hub paired with the jumbo screens allowed Top Gear Live to drive audiences everywhere to join in on the action.
