Engaging Attendees at an Industry Summit.

In November 2012, social media marketing and word of mouth experts gathered in Wynn, Las Vegas for the annual, 3-day conference hosted by WOMMA, the Word of Mouth Marketing Association. Feedmagnet participated by attending the event while sponsoring, supplying, and powering the event's social hub and screen displays.

The branded social hub included engaging conversations from social media experts to help attendees follow, share, and engage in the #WOMMASummit experience. WOMMA also promoted a branded company swag photo contest through the social hub, empowering audiences not present at the event to participate. WOMMA tracked top performing submissions and picked the winners based on total shares using Feedmagnet's social action tracking system.

Engagement results greatly outpaced attendence - over 23,000 social posts included the #WOMMASummit hashtag, including over 600 photos and 200 checkins. From the web social hub, 180 pieces of social content were shared or retweeted by participants, increasing the reach of conference-related chatter to their entire networks.
